Excellent location- in the very center of Valencia. Very hospitable and high-proffessional staff. Very beautiful buiding.

there is no lift - but we knew it. So - no problem!

We liked the location - within easy walking distance of all major attractions with bus and metro close by for trips a little further afield. The price was fantastic for such a central Pension. The rooms were basic but clean.

Although not a problem for us, the hotel would have caused problems for the less mobile. No lifts and potential to have room on the fifth floor!

The hotel's position is faboulos! It is in the centre of Valencia. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The "quality/price" relationship is excellent. The owner is very very polite and kind.. He borrowed me his mobile to call Italy because my mobile was broken. Believe me, you can't find a better place!

There's no lift but I don't think is a true problem.

There are so many noises, especially the door bell. The door of the room can not be closed

The Pension is perfectly located. From the airport you can take metro number 3 or 5 and get out at stop Xativa. From there it is only a short walk to the pension (5-10 minutes), with shops, bars and restaurant all nearby. The rooms were very clean and the wifi worked well. The staff was also very friendly: even though we had to check out in the morning we were able to leave our luggage their till the evening when our plain left. The room was also cleaned every day.

There is no airconditioning. Keep this in mind when you arrive in summer because it can get extremely warm in Valencia and we had difficulties to get to sleep. The rooms are also small and very basic (no tv etc.), but if you are out all day like us, this is not a problem. All in all, for the price you pay the pension is nice.

Kind staffs and booked the room with a very fair price. The location is wonderful, in the walking distance to all the monuments. However, it is quite noisy at night (if I didn't ask for a quieter room.) If other guets talk at night it is also a trouble for a light sleeper like me. Overall, it is a nice pension for travalers. Thank you!

The pension was cheap and well-located on a beautiful street quite both the train station and attractions. The room was warm enough in winter even without a radiator.

We stayed on the second level so negotiating with the stairs wasn't too big of a problem but perhaps if we stayed at a high level it would!

Cute, tiled floors - big, high windows - great location! Kitchen would have been nice.

Sharing bathrooms still allowed privacy. Location one minute from train station and 20 seconds from bus stop. Great places to eat in the area :-) :-) friendly xleaners. Shampoo and shower gel.provided.

The location was excellent in the heart of the city, close to shops and resturants.10 minute walk to main train station. Friendly staff.

Abit street noisy.

It was one of only a few hotels where I could find a single room for a reasonable price. The location was awesome, the hotel quiet, room was serviced daily and good security.

There were only 2 bathrooms on the floor (with shower and toilet inside) and no seperate toilets so if the showers were occupied you had to wait.

Good location, good staff! We were happy to stay there.

Lack of conditioner, there was only a propeller that was too noisy at night. And out of the room temperature was almost 32 degrees at night, difficult to breath.

Single room is definitely value for money. Staffs are helpful. Excellent location.

Understand that there is no lift, but climbing up 4 floors is really a pain, not suitable for holding heavy suitcases. Room is a bit small but expected with the price
